and Applied Analysis 3 fractional order to distributed order fractional. In Section 4, we introduce the distributed order fractional evolution systems C doD α t x t A C doD β t x t Bu t , x 0 x0, 0 < β < α ≤ 1, 1.5 where u t is control vector, and generalize the results obtained in Section 3 for this case. Finally, the conclusions are given in the last section. 2. Elementary Definitions and Theorems In this section, we consider the main definitions and properties of fractional derivative operators of single and distribute order and the Mittag-Leffler function. Also, we recall two important theorems in inverse of the Laplace transform. 2.1. Fractional Derivative of Single and Distributed Order The fractional derivative of single order of f t in the Caputo sense is defined as 16, 27 C soD α t f t 1 Γ m − α ∫ t 0 f m τ t − τ α−m 1 dτ, 2.1 for m − 1 < α ≤ m, m ∈ N, t > 0. The Caputo’s definition has the advantage of dealing properly with initial value problems in which the initial conditions are given in terms of the field variables and their integer order which is the case in most physical processes. Fortunately, the Laplace transform of the Caputo fractional derivative satisfies L { C soD α t f t } sαL{f t } − m−1 ∑ k 0 f k 0 sα−1−k, 2.2 wherem−1 < α ≤ m and s is the Laplace variable. Now, we generalize the above definition in the fractional derivative of distributed order in the Caputo sense with respect to order-density function b α ≥ 0 as follows: C doD α t f t ∫m m−1 b α CdoD α t f t dα, 2.3 and the Laplace transform of the Caputo fractional derivative of distributed order satisfies L { C doD α t f t } ∫m m−1 b α [ sF s − m−1 ∑ k 0 sα−1−kf k 0 ] dα

Study on stability analysis of distributed order fractional differential equations with a new approach

The study of the stability of differential equations without its explicit solution is of particular importance. There are different definitions concerning the stability of the differential equations system, here we will use the definition of the concept of Lyapunov. In this paper, first we investigate stability analysis of distributed order fractional differential equations by using the asympto...

Basic results on distributed order fractional hybrid differential equations with linear perturbations

In this article, we develop the distributed order fractional hybrid differential equations (DOFHDEs) with linear perturbations involving the fractional Riemann-Liouville derivative of order $0 < q < 1$ with respect to a nonnegative density function. Furthermore, an existence theorem for the fractional hybrid differential equations of distributed order is proved under the mixed $varphi$-Lipschit...

Extremal Positive Solutions For The Distributed Order Fractional Hybrid Differential Equations

In this article, we prove the existence of extremal positive solution for the distributed order fractional hybrid differential equation$$int_{0}^{1}b(q)D^{q}[frac{x(t)}{f(t,x(t))}]dq=g(t,x(t)),$$using a fixed point theorem in the Banach algebras. This proof is given in two cases of the continuous and discontinuous function $g$, under the generalized Lipschitz and Caratheodory conditions.

The new implicit finite difference scheme for two-sided space-time fractional partial differential equation

Fractional order partial differential equations are generalizations of classical partial differential equations. Increasingly, these models are used in applications such as fluid flow, finance and others. In this paper we examine some practical numerical methods to solve a class of initial- boundary value fractional partial differential equations with variable coefficients on a finite domain. S...

A numerical method for solving a class of distributed order time-fractional diffusion partial differential equations according to Caputo-Prabhakar fractional derivative

In this paper, a time-fractional diffusion equation of distributed order including the Caputo-Prabhakar fractional derivative is studied. We use a numerical method based on the linear B-spline interpolation and finite difference method to study the solutions of these types of fractional equations. Finally, some numerical examples are presented for the performance and accuracy of the proposed nu...

The Stability of Non-standard Finite Difference Scheme for Solution of Partial Differential Equations of Fractional Order

Fractional derivatives and integrals are new concepts of derivatives and integrals of arbitrary order. Partial differential equations whose derivatives can be of fractional order are called fractional partial differential equations (FPDEs). Recently, these equations have received special attention due to their high practical applications. In this paper, we survey a rather general case of FPDE t...
